Lance has an engineering background and a love for project management. Originally from Michigan, he decided to obtain his real estate license in 2003, while running a machine assembly shop. Life then took him to Nashville, TN in 2006 which allowed him to focus on Real Estate full time. Working the business himself and realizing there had to be an easier way, he surrounded himself with other top agents in the country and quickly adopted the team concept. Lance’s growing Real Estate team now gives him the freedom to spend time focusing on his business and doing more of what he loves. His previous experience has aided in his critical thinking skills and with solving problems.

Matthew Feathers is a licensed Realtor in the state of TN, as well as the Operations Manager at Nashville Advantage Real Estate Advisors. Nashville Advantage is a Residential Real Estate firm that is based out of Franklin, TN, and services all of the Middle TN area. Matthew is a Bristol, TN native and graduate of Maryville College where he received a BA in Business & Organizational Management, as well as lettered on the varsity baseball team for four years.
Since joining Nashville Advantage in 2015, Matthew has prided himself in cultivating and growing our team in addition to caring for our clients. Troy has taken those people skills and work ethic and used them to serve his Real Estate Clients. He is an active member of the Middle Tennessee Community working with youth sports and fundraisers.

Morgan, an Illinois native and University of Illinois graduate, was originally drawn to the Nashville area in 2010 for graduate school at Belmont University. After spending a few years in Texas, her passion for Nashville and desire to get into the real estate industry brought her back in 2015. Morgan’s background in marketing, finance, business development, and technology along with a competitive nature and strong work ethic make her a valuable asset to clients. In her free time, you will find her volunteering with local non-profits or hiking in our beautiful parks with her husband and two dogs.
